The Festival of the Sound is hereby known as 'Vendor'.


The Vendor respects your privacy. About Monitoring Internet Traffic to the Vendor's Site
The Vendor uses your internet protocol (IP) address and that of your Internet Service Provider to gather broad, non-specific/non-personal information, demographic data, to monitor operational trends and to enhance performance. The Vendor also monitors site usage (dates and times the website is accessed; pages visited; key words used to search the website) to seek ways of improving the site. While the Vendor does collect information on your IP address as stated, it does not collect any personal information about you or your computer system.

Expectation of Privacy
There is no expectation of privacy when using general e-mail tools and transmission. Never include personal information in an e-mail.
